Red Dead Redemption
Rockstar Games announced it’s new sequel to Red Dead Revolver today titled Red Dead Redemption.
They plan to complete it and release it some time this fall. It will be available for the PS3 and Xbox 360.
Set in the Wild West you will play the former outlaw John Marston instead of Red Halow as was in the previous release.
Not much is being released at this time about the gameplay itself, but with Rockstar’s RAGE engine, this is bound to be an amazing gunslinging game.
Rockstar’s RAGE engine was also used in Grand Theft Auto IV. So you can just imagine how amazing this game is really going to be.
As a tester or wanna be tester, when you hear about a new game in development, you had better get on it. This is the perfect example of an opportunity to attempt to get a gig with Rockstar.
I just checked their page at Rockstar San Diego (which is where the game is being published) and they are not yet looking for testers. But keep your eyes out here because it’s really only a matter of time before the testers are required so that they can stay on their scheduled ship date of Fall 2009.
